Care worker

Duties are centred around providing comprehensive care and companionship to help others live rich, fulfilled lives. On a daily basis, you can expect to help with personal care such as washing, dressing, and toileting and lending an extra hand around the house with cooking, cleaning, shopping, and more. 

Team leader

As team leader, you act as the first point of call for staff and service users. Reliable and responsible with a knack for inspiring others, your job is to ensure that the care and support we provide is of the highest quality possible. 

Not only will you act as a supervisor and manager to care workers, you’ll also support new service users by completing risk assessments and devising care plans. To make sure individuals are getting the support they need, you’ll regularly arrange reviews with service users, social workers, health care professionals, and any family involved. 


Managers are responsible for ensuring day-to-day operations are running smoothly and that the service users’ needs are being met. In addition to managing staff, you’ll also manage budgets and contracts. 

Other duties involve ensuring systems are in place to monitor quality and performance and that legislation and policies are being adhered to. Finally, you’ll work closely with the  CQC (the Care Quality Commission) to keep standards as high as possible. 

Care coordinator
Care coordinators are friendly, personable, and customer-focused. Based in the office, you’ll provide customer support and coordinate the scheduling of our services. Working closely with care management and supervisors, you may also be responsible for the recruitment of care workers 


Administrators are another office-based role. As an administrator, you’ll support the team by carrying out administrative tasks in various areas such as HR, finance and marketing.
